Campin Full Time

Well we have been in the camper for a week now. 7 days...and I've only cried on 2 of them. I'd say that's victory!

It hasn't been awful...well except for those 2 days. Its definitely a matter of perspective. It's one of those things that will be as good or as bad as you make it.

Everytime I start to think 'what are we doing?' l I can literally feel the Lord place His hand on me and encourage me as we 'sacrifice' over the next few months in order to give the kids this home. We are grateful to be along for the ride as He continues to show these kiddos a different life. He reminds me, too, that I am going to learn much through this experience and that I need to be aware that this goes beyond what I can see.

One thing I have learned is that sometimes we feel like we are sacrificing but its because we've been spoiled.
