A day at Salon de Emma

Emma thought it would be so pretty if her nails could be painted purple. She couldn't find purple so she thought that a black permanent marker would do the trick! I was working in the office when Kaci came in and sai d "Mom, Emma is painting her nails - with A BLACK PERMANENT MARKER!!!!" I followed Kaci to the gameroom and sure enough, there she sat looking ever so guilty. We quickly reviewed the proper uses of the marker. I told her to let me take a picture because it's one of those moments that have to be blogged! She didn't like this picture. She said "I don't have a happy face."

Go Jackets! The older girls were in cheer camp this week - Emma was none too happy about being left out. But, all was better when she got to go to the pep rally all by herself with mommy while the others went to school!

They get to wear their Jacket gear every Friday to school - they love it and as you can see, they are very cute!
